The discovery call happens directly with a technical team member, not a commercial contact. We don't push a sale, we try to understand what you need and see if our approach matches your situation. For this exchange to be useful on both sides, all you need is to have the broad outlines of your project in mind: what you want to accomplish, where you stand today, what questions you have. We briefly present our ways of working, we answer your technical or methodological questions, and we decide together on possible next steps: a quote proposal, a deeper scoping phase, or simply honest feedback if the topic doesn't match our expertise. In all cases, you leave the call with a better vision of what's possible, even if you don't end up working with us.
